Principal consultant and founder with over 20 years professional consultation experience. Educated as a psychologist
with a Master of Arts (Applied Psychology) from the University of Guelph and an Honours Bachelor of Arts
(Psychology) from the University of Winnipeg.
Tara is an expert in the career consulting field in Canada who has worked with 1000’s of clients from around the world who have made successful career decisions which meet their changing needs and achieved personal career success.
As an innovator she is always finding emerging trends and developing strategies that will work for her clients.
Tara is regarded by the clients she has coached as someone who can facilitate insights and options they had not considered. She enjoys problem solving and strategizing especially with clients who are stuck. She is a leading consultant in Canada on professional branding and social media job searching including LinkedIn and highly regarded as an expert on career assessment, career transition and career management. Tara has worked with Executives, professionals in many industries (from social workers to bankers), Advanced degree holders including researchers, professors and administrators in higher education, high performance athletes, Artists, solo entrepreneurs and Individuals with disability and of diversity.
Trained and qualified to deliver psychological and career assessments (including the MBTI, Typefocus, Strong Interest Inventory, True Colours (TM), EQ-i Emotional Intelligence Quotient).
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
In addition to Career-Coach Ca, Tara is currently a coach for NextJob Inc., where she and her work in branding, resume writing and coaching a client were featured in a National ad campaign in the US. Tara also works as a Training Facilitator with Canadian HR Services and an International Trainer with PassportCareer.
Formerly Tara worked as a recruiter for Business Jumpstart and was also the Principal Coach, recruter and content developer for Careeradex.
Tara has been a featured writer for two business magazines, 5 years with the HRInsider.ca (Canada) and for the 6 years a contributing writer at Latin Business Today (US) and for 2 years served as the Senior Editorial Designer at Latin Business Today. She has been an advisor for several start-ups including CareerTagged a mobile recruiting app, the Typefocus Building Relationships App and more.
She is also actively consulting as a community manager for several social endeavours including managing the social media communities and communications for a not-for-profit sporting organization.
Previously she volunteered her time to support people in career transition through The Working Centre in Kitchener-Waterloo, was a featured speaker including at Communitech and the Tech Job Connex program in Waterloo, and the Global Skills Conference in addition to presenting at her alma matter, The University of Guelph and for the past several years has been a regular guest speaker for an on-line Career-development course at Conestoga College.
Tara was a long time member of the advisor board at the Career Professionals of Canada and participated in the ‘Mastermind Mentor groups’ with other leading Canadian Career Professionals. She is currently a member of the Manitoba Association for Career Development Executive Board and a Mentor with Futurepreneurs of Canada

Sivan is a results-oriented Career Advisor with extensive experience providing career advising in
nonprofit and education fields.
Sivan has worked extensively with entry-level and
in areas including health care, IT, business, digital
media, communications, hospitality, and
engineering. Specializing in career advising, job search tools, resume and cover letter development, LinkedIn profile development, and interview coaching, Sivan has experience providing pratical career strategies and counselling support with an approach that includes consideration of overall well-being.
Sivan is currently an Employment Advisor at Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario. She has also worked in career services at the University of Toronto, at the Learning Enrichment Foundation and York Region.
Taking a strengths-based approach, she enjoys the process of discovering accomplishments with clients, leading to improved self-marketing documents and client confidence. She regularly attends industry conferences to monitor the pulse of the booming career opportunities in a diversity of fields.
Sivan holds a Bachelor of Science Honors from Queen’ University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, focussing on mental health, and a Constructivist Career Counselling Certificate from George Brown College. She is also certified to administer Level B assessment tools including the MTBi and the Strong Interest Inventory.
Bojena Kelmendi
A Part-time associate Bojena Kelmendi is
an expert in working with newcomers,
international professionals and international
students seeking either to study in
Canada or establish themselves in Canada.
Bojena helps our clients navigate the Canadian workplace and adjust to life in Canada. She also works with international clients in the area of performance management and mental and emotional performance.
Bojena has worked with clients coming from various parts of the world including Europe, Asia, South America and Australia. In addition to English she speaks and provides her services in Polish, Italian and Russian.
Bojena was the Clinical Counsellor at OVC (Ontario Veterinary Clinic) at the University of Guelph, and formerly a counsellor at Family Counselling Services in Guelph and has her own private practice as a Therapist and Counsellor at Vive La Vite Therapies
Bojena holds a BHSc in Applied Health Sciences with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and Masters of Social Work degree.

including Career Professional of Canada, where he earned his designation as a Certified Career Strategist. Imran manages the Internationally Educated Professionals Program at Career-Coach Canada
Imran is passionate about career development and adult education. A career activist interested in helping people achieve their career and life goals.
Imran holds an M.Sc. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Karachi and a Diploma as a Career Development Practitioner from Conestoga College. He is qualified in the delivery of the MBTI and Personality Dimensions. Imran can deliver services is English, Urdu and Punjabi.

Helen Davies
Part-time Associate with 15 years’ professional experience
across Europe, North America and Asia, Helen spent her
first 10 years in international marketing and
communications, coupled with more recent experience
in career advising and recruitment.
An honours graduate in Business and French, and a qualified Career Development Practitioner, Helen brings extensive experience working
with clients in career management and coaching. Her particular strengths include brand development and self-marketing through effective
resume development, networking and social media strategies, as well as coaching on successful behavioural-based interview techniques.
Having spent the last 3.5 years in Asia as a Senior Consultant in recruitment, Helen also brings a wealth of knowledge on employment trends, with a particular emphasis on opportunities in Asia, as well as being able to offer specific advice on differences in approach to the work search across markets and the many facets of relocation and international career moves.
She has also been a regular contributing writer across a number of publications on the topic of career management and recruitment in both Hong Kong and Canada.
